St. Mark Church Ruins (Sveti Marek)

🇬🇧 Near the village of Risika, on a small peninsula, you’ll find the remains of the Church of St Mark (Sveti Marek). Although only ruins remain today, this historic spot gave the entire area its name.

Right next to the peninsula lies one of the few sandy beaches on Krk Island, making this place a unique combination of history and relaxation.

🇩🇪 In der Nähe von Risika, auf einer kleinen Halbinsel, befinden sich die Überreste der Kirche St. Markus (Sveti Marek). Auch wenn heute nur noch Ruinen zu sehen sind, hat dieser Ort der gesamten Gegend seinen Namen gegeben.
