🇬🇧 This short but demanding trail is perfect for experienced cyclists looking to challenge their strength and endurance. Despite its length, the terrain offers steep climbs and technical sections, making it a powerful ride.
The route starts in Punat with a steep climb along an ancient path once used by locals to reach their fields and olive groves. After a short ascent, you reach the Tri križi viewpoint, where you can enjoy stunning views over Punat, the surrounding nature and the islet of Košljun.
The trail continues with a gentle uphill before turning into a descent on macadam roads, followed by a more technical narrow path along dry stone walls and olive groves all the way down to the coast.
The final section leads through Marina Punat and back into the town centre, finishing the route with a more relaxed ride.

🇩🇪 Diese kurze, aber anspruchsvolle Route ist ideal für erfahrene Radfahrer, die ihre Ausdauer und Kraft testen wollen. Trotz der geringen Länge erwarten dich steile Anstiege und technisch anspruchsvolle Abschnitte.
Der Start erfolgt in Punat mit einem steilen Anstieg über einen alten Weg, der früher von Einheimischen genutzt wurde. Nach kurzer Zeit erreichst du den Aussichtspunkt Tri križi mit Blick auf Punat, die Natur und die Insel Košljun.
Danach folgt ein leichter Anstieg und anschließend eine Abfahrt über Schotterwege sowie einen schmalen, anspruchsvolleren Pfad entlang von Trockensteinmauern und Olivenhainen bis zur Küste.
Zum Abschluss führt die Strecke durch die Marina Punat zurück ins Ortszentrum.

🇭🇷 Ova kratka, ali zahtjevna ruta idealna je za iskusne bicikliste koji žele testirati svoju snagu i izdržljivost. Iako je kratka, donosi strme uspone i tehničke dijelove.
Ruta počinje u Puntu strmim usponom starom stazom kojom su nekada mještani dolazili do svojih maslinika. Ubrzo dolaziš do vidikovca Tri križi s pogledom na Punat, prirodu i otočić Košljun.
Nakon toga slijedi blaži uspon i zatim spust makadamskim putem te zahtjevnijom uskom stazom uz suhozide i maslinike sve do obale.
Završni dio vodi kroz marinu Punat natrag u centar mjesta.
