🇬🇧 This easy and traffic free cycling route connects Punat and Malinska and is perfect for families or a relaxed ride through nature. The 13 km trail leads through open landscapes filled with olive groves, pastures and coastal views.
Starting in Punat, known for its marina and olive oil tradition, the route takes you through areas where some of the island’s best olive oil is produced. Along the way, you can visit the Stari Toš Gallery, a former olive mill that now tells the story of traditional oil production.
The path continues along the coast towards the Church of St Donatus, a beautiful example of early Croatian architecture, before climbing gently into the island’s interior. Optional detours lead towards vineyards near Vrbnik or further to Krk Town and the Šotovento region.

Startpunkt ist Punat, bekannt für seinen Hafen und seine Olivenöltradition. Unterwegs kannst du die Galerie Stari Toš besuchen, eine ehemalige Ölmühle, die heute Einblicke in die Herstellung von Olivenöl gibt.
Die Strecke führt weiter entlang der Küste zur Kirche St Donatus, einem Beispiel frühkroatischer Architektur, und steigt anschließend leicht ins Inselinnere an. Optional kannst du Abzweigungen Richtung Vrbnik oder Krk Stadt nehmen.

Polazi iz Punta, poznatog po marini i proizvodnji maslinovog ulja. Usput možeš posjetiti galeriju Stari Toš, nekadašnju uljaru koja prikazuje tradiciju proizvodnje ulja.
Ruta nastavlja uz obalu do crkve sv Donata, primjera ranokršćanske arhitekture, a zatim se lagano penje prema unutrašnjosti otoka. Postoje i dodatne rute prema Vrbniku ili gradu Krku.
