Wenn du auf Krk bist und Lust auf etwas ganz Besonderes hast, dann solltest du unbedingt die Tropfsteinhöhle Biserujka bei Rudine besuchen.
Schon der Weg dorthin ist super schön! Es geht durch kleine Dörfer, grüne Hügel, schöner Natur und dann stehst du plötzlich vor einem unscheinbaren Eingang … der dich in eine ganz andere Welt führt.
Innen ist es angenehm kühl (perfekt an heißen Tagen!) und überall glitzern die Tropfsteine im Licht. Die Führung dauert nur etwa 30 Minuten, aber sie ist super spannend – vor allem, wenn du mit Kindern unterwegs bist. Es gibt viele Geschichten über Piraten und Schätze, die sich hier einst versteckt haben sollen.
Unser Tipp:
Nimm dir danach noch einen Moment und geh den kleinen Weg hinauf zum Aussichtspunkt oberhalb der Höhle. Von dort siehst du das Meer und hast nochmal einen „Wow“-Moment. In der Nähe findest du außerdem schöne Spazierwege und Aussichtspunkte mit Blick auf die Kvarner Bucht.

🇬🇧 Cave Biserujka
If you’re on Krk and looking for something truly special, you should definitely visit the Biserujka Cave near Rudine.
The way there is already beautiful! You’ll pass through small villages, green hills and peaceful nature – and then suddenly you stand in front of a modest entrance… that leads you into a completely different world.
Inside, it’s pleasantly cool (perfect on hot summer days!) and the stalactites shimmer in the light. The guided tour takes about 30 minutes and is really exciting – especially if you’re visiting with kids. There are many stories about pirates and hidden treasures that are said to have once been kept here. 🏴☠️
Our tip:
After the tour, take a short walk up the small path to the viewpoint above the cave. From there, you’ll see the sea and enjoy another real wow moment. Nearby, you’ll also find beautiful walking paths and viewpoints overlooking the Kvarner Bay. 🌊

🇭🇷 Špilja Biserujka
Ako si na Krku i tražiš nešto posebno, obavezno posjeti špilju Biserujka u blizini mjesta Rudine.
Već sam put do tamo je prekrasan! Prolazi kroz mala sela, zelene brežuljke i netaknutu prirodu – a onda se odjednom nađeš pred neupadljivim ulazom… koji vodi u sasvim drugi svijet.
Unutra je ugodno svježe (savršeno za vruće dane!) i svuda oko tebe blistaju siga u svjetlu. Obilazak traje oko 30 minuta i jako je zanimljiv – posebno za djecu. Postoje mnoge priče o piratima i skrivenom blagu koje se, prema legendi, nekada čuvalo upravo ovdje. 🏴☠️
Naš savjet:
Nakon obilaska, popni se kratkom stazom do vidikovca iznad špilje. Od tamo se vidi more i pruža se još jedan onaj pravi wow trenutak. U blizini se nalaze i lijepe šetnice s pogledom na Kvarnerski zaljev. 🌊
