Malinska Walk & Taste 2026 is a unique gourmet experience that combines a relaxed interpretive seaside walk with tastings of local island specialties. During the programme, visitors are guided by a professional guide through the history, heritage and everyday life of Malinska, with stops at carefully selected locations where they can taste authentic flavours of the island of Krk. This experience connects nature, culture and gastronomy in a relaxed way, allowing visitors to discover the destination with all their senses.
The aim of the project is to organise interpretive walks combined with tastings of local specialties, promote traditional dishes and ingredients prepared by Malinska’s restaurants, and raise awareness of the quality and diversity of Kvarner wines. As part of the event, local restaurants participate by offering traditional dishes and seasonal ingredients such as lamb, wild asparagus, cheese, cottage cheese, seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as wines from indigenous Kvarner grape varieties.
The tasting walks will take place on Saturdays:
May 23, May 30 and June 6, 2026.
