Oprna Bay is one of those places you won’t forget. With its crystal clear turquoise water, bright rocks and untouched surroundings, it feels almost unreal.
The bay is located near Stara Baška and can only be reached by foot. A short but slightly steep path leads you down to the beach but the view alone already makes it worth it.
There are no big beach bars or tourist facilities here. Instead, you get pure nature, silence and a more authentic experience away from the crowds.
Make sure to bring enough water and snacks, especially on hot days. The best time to visit is early in the morning or later in the afternoon when it’s quieter and the light is perfect.
Oprna Bay is not the easiest beach to reach but definitely one of the most rewarding.

Die Oprna Bay ist einer dieser Orte, die man nicht so schnell vergisst. Kristallklares, türkisfarbenes Wasser, helle Felsen und eine unberührte Umgebung machen diesen Strand zu etwas ganz Besonderem.
Die Bucht liegt in der Nähe von Stara Baška und ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein kurzer, aber etwas steiler Weg führt hinunter zum Strand aber der Ausblick unterwegs lohnt sich schon.
Es gibt hier keine großen Strandbars oder touristische Infrastruktur. Stattdessen erwartet dich pure Natur, Ruhe und ein echtes Gefühl fern vom Trubel.
Wichtig Nimm genug Wasser und Snacks mit besonders an heißen Tagen. Am schönsten ist es früh morgens oder am späten Nachmittag wenn es ruhiger ist und das Licht perfekt wird.

🇭🇷 Oprna Bay Jedna od najljepših plaža na Krku
Uvala Oprna je jedno od onih mjesta koje se ne zaboravlja. Tirkizno more, svijetle stijene i netaknuta priroda stvaraju poseban gotovo nestvaran ugođaj.
Nalazi se u blizini Stare Baške i do nje se može doći samo pješice. Kratka ali malo strmija staza vodi do plaže ali pogled putem već je dovoljan razlog za dolazak.
Ovdje nema velikih beach barova ni turističke infrastrukture. Umjesto toga očekuje te mir priroda i osjećaj da si daleko od gužve.
Ponesi dovoljno vode i hrane posebno tijekom vrućih dana. Najbolje vrijeme za posjet je rano ujutro ili kasnije popodne kada je manje ljudi i svjetlo je najljepše.
Oprna možda nije najlakša za doći ali definitivno je jedna od najljepših plaža na otoku.
