Zwischen Palmen, Meerblick und Betonruinen steht eines der faszinierendsten Überbleibsel der Insel: das verlassene Hotel Haludovo in Malinska.
In den 70ern war das Haludovo Palace ein Symbol für Luxus und Freiheit. Finanziert vom „Penthouse“-Gründer Bob Guccione, kamen damals Stars, Politiker und Jetsetter aus aller Welt hierher, um zu feiern ... mitten im damaligen Jugoslawien!
Heute ist davon nur noch die Hülle geblieben...
Verwilderte Gärten, leere Pools, zerbrochene Fenster und dieses komische Gefühl, wenn du an einem Ort stehst, an dem die Zeit einfach so stehengeblieben ist.
Wir finden: Haludovo ist nicht nur ein Lost Place, sondern ein Stück Geschichte..eine Erinnerung daran, wie nah Glanz und Verfall beieinander liegen können.

Das Gelände ist offiziell geschlossen, also bitte nur von außen anschauen. 😉😉😉 Trotzdem lohnt sich der Spaziergang dorthin, allein schon wegen der Atmosphäre und dem Blick aufs Meer.

Between palm trees, sea views and crumbling concrete stands one of the island’s most fascinating relics: the abandoned Hotel Haludovo in Malinska.
Back in the 70s, the Haludovo Palace was a true symbol of luxury and freedom. Funded by Penthouse founder Bob Guccione, stars, politicians and jetsetters from all over the world came here to party… right in the middle of former Yugoslavia! ✨
Today, only the shell remains…
Overgrown gardens, empty pools, broken windows – and that strange feeling when you stand somewhere and it seems like time just stopped.
We think Haludovo isn’t just a lost place – it’s a piece of history. A reminder of how close glamour and decay can be. 🌅

The area is officially closed, so please view it only from the outside. 😉 But the walk there is definitely worth it – for the atmosphere and the stunning sea view.

Između palmi, pogleda na more i betonskih ruševina stoji jedan od najzanimljivijih ostataka otoka – napušteni Hotel Haludovo u Malinskoj.
Sedamdesetih godina Haludovo Palace bio je simbol luksuza i slobode. Financirao ga je osnivač časopisa Penthouse, Bob Guccione, a ovdje su dolazile zvijezde, političari i jet set iz cijelog svijeta – usred tadašnje Jugoslavije! ✨
Danas je od svega ostala samo ljuska…
Zarastali vrtovi, prazni bazeni, razbijeni prozori – i onaj poseban osjećaj kad stojiš na mjestu gdje se čini da je vrijeme jednostavno stalo.
Mi mislimo da Haludovo nije samo lost place, nego i komadić povijesti. Podsjetnik koliko su blizu sjaj i propadanje. 🌅

Područje je službeno zatvoreno, zato ga promatraj samo izvana. Ipak, šetnja do tamo se stvarno isplati – zbog atmosfere i prekrasnog pogleda na more.
