🇬🇧 Discover the beauty of the Adriatic through the exhibition "My Sea" by local artist Iva Jurjević Prodan, founder of BODULKA DESIGN. From 5–31 July 2026, the exhibition space at Placa in Njivice showcases a retrospective of her unique artworks inspired by the sea, island traditions, and childhood memories.
Born and raised on the island of Krk, Iva creates striking 3D relief artworks and sculptures using palm wood, ropes, and fishing nets. Her pieces feature traditional Adriatic boats such as the pasara and gajeta, capturing the spirit of the sea and the maritime heritage of Kvarner.
The exhibition offers a wonderful opportunity to discover authentic island art and experience the stories of Krk through a modern artistic style.

Die auf Krk geborene Künstlerin gestaltet außergewöhnliche 3D-Reliefbilder und Skulpturen aus Palmenholz, Seilen und Fischernetzen. Ihre Arbeiten zeigen traditionelle Adriaboote wie die Pasara und Gajeta und verbinden maritimes Erbe mit modernem Design.
